Moins visibles, les problèmes de conflits d’intérêt (délits d’initiés, népotisme, favoritisme…) minent également la confiance des citoyens dans les personnes en position de pouvoir. Suite à l’affaire Woerth-Bettencourt (2010), la France a enfin mis en place une Haute Autorité pour la Transparence de la Vie Publique. Des associations, comme Transparency International France, Anticor ou Formindep, font un gros travail. VoxPublic souhaite soutenir les mobilisations citoyennes sur ces sujets pour que le sentiment d’impunité qui domine dans l’opinion soit remplacé par une capacité d’action poussant les responsables politiques à se comporter de manière exemplaire.

Anticor accreditation renewal
Threatened with the loss of its anti-corruption accreditation allowing it to act as a civil party in political and financial cases, the association Anticor called on the advice of VoxPublic to help it through a period of arm wrestling with the executive to ensure the renewal of its accreditation. After six months of intense battle against the government, Jean Castex has finally renewed Anticor’s approval to continue its legal actions in corruption cases.
